Perry County School District 32 has released the 2024-25 Climate & Culture Survey Report after it was presented to the Board of Education during Wednesday’s meeting.
The survey report can be found on the district website at https://www.perryville.k12.mo.us/documents/central-office/board-of-education/climate-and-culture-surveys/566748 or by scanning the QR code. It will also be emailed to all students, staff, and parents/guardians.
The survey was conducted between Oct. 21 and Nov. 1, 2024, timed so that parents could be reminded of the survey during the fall parent-teacher conferences. It was issued to 6 different groups with questions targeted to each group: Students (Grade 5-12), Parents, Faculty, Support Staff, Administrators, and Community Members. Students were administered the survey during homeroom/advisory period, and the survey links were emailed directly to parents/guardians, faculty, support staff and administrators. Community members were provided the link via the district website and social media platforms, local news agencies, and the Chamber of Commerce newsletter.
The Climate & Culture Survey is required by MSIP-6, and is used to guide the district’s Continuous School Improvement Plan.
